Paleo Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
1 cup avocado oil
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1–2 tablespoons beet juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ cup basil, chiffonade
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl.
Stir well, whisking until the homemade balsamic is emulsified.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in fridge for 4–6 weeks.
