Paleo Balsamic Vinaigrette



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup avocado oil

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1–2 tablespoons beet juice

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • ½ cup basil, chiffonade

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, crushed

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper


Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Stir well, whisking until the homemade balsamic is emulsified.

  3. Transfer to an airtight container and store in fridge for 4–6 weeks.
