Keto Steak Fajitas




Ingredients:

  • 1½ pounds skirt steak

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • 1–2 jalapeños, sliced

  • 1–2 cups salsa

  • Fajita Spice Blend

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon oregano

  • 1 tablespoon cumin

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • ½ tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • Toppings

  • massaged kale

  • plain goat yogurt

  • tomatoes, chopped

  • green onions, chopped

  • cilantro


Directions:

  1. Place everything into a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

  2. Serve on grain-free tortillas, topped with kale, plain goat yogurt, tomatoes, green onions and cilantro.

The Breakdown:

Makes a total of 6-8 servings.

Takes about 8 hours to prepare.
