Blueberry Bone Broth Smoothie

A dessert like protein shake made with healthy ingredients that's sure to satisfy. Includes blueberries for flavor and nutrition, protein and healthy bacteria rich kefir, almond milk to thin it, vanilla and stevia to sweeten. Perfect way to start the day and as an afternoon snack.


  • 1 scoop Vanilla or Plain Bone Broth/Collagen protein powder

  • 1 cup low-fat plain kefir

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, or coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 2 tbsp Fage 5% yogurt

  • 4 ice cubes (optional)

  • 1 packet or 1/3 tsp of Stevia (optional)


  1. In a blender add kefir, Fage yogurt, almond or coconut milk, vanilla, and blueberries. 

  2. Process until combined then add ice if desired and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

  3. Add water while blending to get the desired consistency.
